Long time no see

I've been meaning to write this for a few weeks.
It's been more than half a year since my last post, and I'm not here to say why, but it just felt right to me to start rewriting my blog again. It's not going to be like before. I want to still post some outfits but I will not be advertising clothes for free (as it was what I was feeling when I was posting). I will be focusing on day to day life and, of course, clothes will be a part of it as well, as I still wear them and like seeing what other people are wearing on their blogs, too. I did not stop reading blogs in this break, but being a part of this world from afar was a breath of fresh air.
So, as a comeback, I thought of showing what I did in the second half of 2012.

Had a haircut.

Read all the published books of A Song of Ice and Fire

Met and cuddled with some furry friends.

The Olympics came to London

Wore some stuff.

Moved house and have got a new view.

Went to university and studied for it at home.

Saw the amazing musical, Wicked!

And enjoyed some old views with new people.

Enjoyed summer in England...

And went to have a real summer in Madeira.

Ate some food.

Was alone in a tube carriage in rush hour.

Got myself a bag with my initials.

Enjoyed the holiday season at the maximum, even with coursework deadlines and actual work in between. First Christmas with my boyfriend, and my sister came from Portugal, too!

Got addicted to new prints.

Had to spend some nights working...

Though there was time to party, too!

Sorry for the massive amount of pictures, but I really enjoyed reviewing these moments.

I'm breathless! What an amazing amount of sharing about your life squeezed into a single blog post! I didn't know whether we'd get to read about you again - this is fabulous! It's too much to comment on - trying to comment on it all would comprise a post all by itself. I'm enjoying looking at all your photos, the places you've been, your outfits (I like all of them), all the things you've done - What an update! WOW! Thank you for sharing it! It's wonderful to read you and see your photos again! :)

I always love your outfits but I am glad you will be posting and sharing more about your life in general. Your half of 2012 pictorial was great and you should do a weekly one. Glad to see you are back. Parabéns!

I was happy to see this update pop up in my reader. It's a little tricky finding your blogging momentum again after taking a break, isn't it? I am glad that in the meantime we've been able to stay in touch through other forms of social media. Here's to our blogging futures! :)

Aww, how sweet is your boyfriend's comment? :) Well, I know just what you mean about feeling like a walking advertisement, blogging about life is way better I think. Loved your recap, although of course I've seen some of what you've been up to on facebook!

Speak soon, and nice that the trio of you and me and Emily are all blogging again. Yorkshire Tea bags forever!
