Sweets in Brick Lane

I have to confess, not only I love going to Brick Lane to check all the different stylish people and the markets, but, like most of times in my life, food has a great deal to it. So here are some pictures I took of a cakes and pastries stall in Brick Lane a while ago. I had to start with the Pastéis de Nata or Portuguese Custard Tarts, that were disappearing in a blink of an eye!

Those look delicious! If I brought a lot of those home I don't think I could stop myself from making an entire meal out of them!

I'd definitely start with the pastel de nata... but that cannele looks like it would be second on the list!
